We provide two login methods:

• Google Login – we only collect your full name and email address.
• Manual Login – your email and password (encrypted).

1.2 Identity Verification Information

For national park hiking tickets, identity verification is required. The information collected includes:

• Full name
• National ID (NIK) or passport
• Nationality
• Phone number
• Country of origin or Province & City/District
• Address according to ID & current residence address
• Photo of ID card or passport

This verification is not required for non-hiking tickets.

• FCM token for notifications

• Sending tickets via email and WhatsApp

3. Data Security

Identity photos are stored temporarily on our server and deleted immediately after the verification process is completed. All data transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored in encrypted form.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) – for push notifications

5. Account Deletion & Deactivation

Users may deactivate their account or permanently delete it through the available menu on both the website and mobile app. All personal data is deleted immediately without retention.

7. Email & WhatsApp Communication

Your email address and WhatsApp number are used only for sending tickets and order-related information. We do not send promotional messages without your consent.
